I am rejecting this response because:True we thought the part was under warranty...repairman thought it would be also..no problem we paidRepairman replaced part and said it was still not working correctly...so he took the unit with him to work on in his shopHe found a bug cocoon in a small tubeHe said there would have been no way we would have known it was in there to get it out or how it would have gotten in there in the first placeThe unite was maintained as per directions that came with the unitMy main problem the whole time was it took so long for the owner to return only one of the many calls that I made to them and having to leave the same message over and over again with the person answering the phone ...including the problem I was having,my name and number every time like they had never heard from me before.The repair person however answered my calls in a timely manner and kept me up to date on his progress after I gave him the proper number to call me atHe said he was given the wrong number
