Review: My husband and I do business with this company and have for a very long time, about 13 years. We have run out of propane about 2.5 months ago and when we called to have a delivery, a very rude receptionist said that they could not make a delivery until the full bill was paid. We do not have the complete amount and have tried to work out payment arraignments with them and they have refused. They are refusing to bring a delivery and I have 3 small grandchildren living in the home. Our home runs off of propane heat and hot water. In order to heat the home we have had to purchase numerous space heaters and for hot water we have to boil pots of water on the stove.Desired Settlement: I would hope to have this issue resolved and to have a delivery of propane made to our home. Especially with the winter months upon us.
