I have been trying to get Modern Homes to come look at the work they warranty and they are avoiding my calls and haven't come out May11/I had modern homes put new shingles on my house [redacted] ( the owner) signed a contract stating that there is a year warranty I have 9+ years left on warranty and I have been calling to get someone to come look at the shingles Some of them are curling, which I know is part of the aging, I however want to know if it is the proper amount of curling or if the shingles are defective They will not last more years I have voiced my concers to [redacted] and the lady at the office and they will not come by and look They are now avoiding my calles, messages I am very upset How can a company guarantee their work and not follow through I have a signed document that they are breaching COnsumers must be protected againt this This to me is terrible and can not be accepted I want answers and I deserve the right to answers If [redacted] has n
