Review: A kitchen table set with 4 chairs was purchase for $600 (manufacture: nova metal Inc model 523/2999). Payment was done in full cash (have receipt). After the delivery the product received was discovered defective and not what I had ordered (2 chairs were of different design and other 2 chairs are defective cosmetically the table has defect cosmetically and the design is not what was ordered). I had requested to do exchange but the owner is not cooperative and very abusive. I have a receipt for what was supposed to be delivered and it is not the product in addition it is defective.Desired Settlement: I would humbly like to request to have the exact product which I had ordered and paid for. Review: I have ordered 2 pieces of furnitures from this place on May [redacted], 2015. Today, June [redacted], 2015, after a month of waiting, I have not received my furnitures. The [redacted] promised me the items 2 days after placing the order. However, I did not receive the pieces. I went a week later, my items are still not available. I stopped by another 2 weeks later and yet there are no items available for me. The [redacted] gives me this or that excuse why he does not have the furnitures for me. I have requested the [redacted] several times to refund me my money but he REFUSED. He was very rude, verbally abusive and did not seem to care that he was playing a game with my order. Finally, I went back again this weekend, yet he does not have the items for me. After failing to negotiate with the [redacted], I had to call the POLICE on him and his attitude showed that he would not give a [redacted] as he knows numerous other people called the cops on him and nothing happened to him. And as of today, I have not received my furniture!

Review: I purchase a 3 pieces living room set and a dining room set on June [redacted] 2014.From Modern homes furniture for $4,000.00 And I notice with 2 weeks the fabric on the living room set started fading and I call the store and spoke [redacted] and he told me that he has to get in touch with the company and they will change the cushion. I told them that the material looks old and I want them to change the entire furniture. They told me that they are not changing it they will change the cushions and I told them the entire fabric is changing not on the cushion alone. I have been constantly call and visiting the store about this issue and aim getting frustrated with this whole issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the furniture change or I could pay the difference for a different set
