Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want to clarify: The one day you came, you did take measurements, gave a bid, insisted on half the bid price and got started on the work Your ceramic bits wore out quickly after only drilling out of holes I offered to leave and pick up more bits to keep you working, but instead you stated you would pick up more bits and quit for the day after only completing 1/of the work You set up another day to return to complete the work You did not come twice, you scheduled the second day, then called the morning of the scheduled day and canceled You stated you would call and reschedule, but the call never came I called, left many voice messages and emailed for more than two months and received no responses As a side job I understand that I have to be flexible and gave you many options to make this work Don't accept the job if you have no intention of doing it It's worse to start and take payment in any form then abandon it It is unprofessional to not return calls or emails to even explain you change of intent Also we checked your State license and found no record of it existing I am requesting a $refund of the $half down you required, I will pay $for the work that you did complete This was not an hourly bid but a dollar bid to complete the work

I did the railing measurements This was sensitive to my other work projects There was no contract This was a side job I did a days work I went out there twice This did cost me some money I will give him a $refund

I replaced three basement windows at *** * *** ** on 1/15/My contract was to remove and replace aluminum framed windows with vinyl framed windowsI did exactly what I was contracted to doI am aware that is many issues with the framing of the house wet wood, peeling paint, etcI was not
