Ordered a Tri-burn in the same configuration they have on the website, on a cart with two wheels and stainless steel shelves Delivery date was pushed back twice because of them When delivered, one wheel fell off, assembler forgot a pin in the axle So the axle was bent and scratched and they left without repairing the wheel Had to fix myself The cover never shuts smoothly because there is so much slop in the clevis pin hinge So it scares you when it finally finds center and slams shut With a propane tank, the grill as a whole is pretty heavy near lbs guess So the sheet metal shelves cannot be used to wheel the grill around The screws and shelf just bend all over But there is nothing else to hang onto So buying the cart is basically worthless Somehow, the burners, grates, and cookbox are great However, I was upset with the whole experience and the fact that I was going to have to fix/reinforce a $grill on arrival After countless phone calls of them saying their product is great, the best they could do is buy it back minus 10% Well I don’t just hand out my money, if anything they should be paying me to inconvenience me with their junk So I kept it and decided to fix it myself, hopefully for less than $ I asked for a memo letter saying that it would be ok to modify the grill and keep the warranty They said they would send it, but nothing came This product is the equivalent of putting bicycle brakes on a *** and expecting nobody to notice Horrible case of value engineering

A new bottom casting was shipped out to this customer on 7/16/2014 for his WNK grill. Customer contacted [redacted] via email...

again on 7/15/2014 and was informed that she had some issues with her email service and his casting was taken care of the next day. We never received a phone call from [redacted] regarding his problem. Looks like the only contact that was made was through email and because our system was experiencing problems we had no knowledge of his other attempts to contact us regarding his grill.
