Review: Dear Sir or Madam,I am the owner of [redacted]. I bought this house from builder Columbia Property Capital in 2014. There is a problem with sewer/draining system, but builder refused to repair. Accordingly to town of vienna, "When a new house is built, a new sanitary sewer lateral is required to be laid from the house to the sewer main in the street", however, the builder did NOT use a new sanitary sewer lateral, but re-used the 30 year old sanitary sewer lateral to save cost. Ever Since I moved in, in less than 1 year, I already experienced twice draining main pipe clog, and spent money on my own to temporarily unclog the pipe. This issue need to be fixed permanently. Thank youKaidongDesired Settlement: Builder should repair this permanently, and reimburse the cost to me for unclogging the pipe.
