On 2/14/I accepted the business response due to the fact they were supposed to be sending a refund to me but that never happened and the tracking number they gave was not valid I would like my refund immediately

I informed customer that he would be receiving tracking today but the post office is closed. Reinformed customer he will receive new tracking number tomorrow when post office is open.[redacted]

The previous check was returned by mail and this one is going out this afternoon.[redacted]

We had trouble with the warehouse the order was coming from. Customer asked for refund and money was returned to him. We are still in business.

Customer was sent email with copy of check and tracking number. I apologize for not sending information directly through Revdex.com but it was sent directly to customer.

Customer has been refunded full purchase amount through Amazon account.
