[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hasan H [redacted] and Ahmet Y [redacted] unfortunately have misrepresented the facts in their responseThe project began on August 31, – we left on our trip on August 27, and timed the departure so we would not be in the home while the project was going onHasan and Ahmet both agreed with the plan and we can prove that with documentationInstead of completing most of the project while we were away as we agreed, they completed only the demolition portionWe have photo evidence as wellWhile we were away, we had cell phone service which included voice, email, and text messaging using the same number Hasan and Ahmet were contacting us withWe have evidence of messages we received and timestamps of our prompt repliesOur house has an alarm that requires arming and disarmingWe directed MrH [redacted] and MrY [redacted] to arm/disarm the alarm upon entry and exitOn a few visits, they forgot to arm the alarm on their way out However, we have remote control of the alarm system and on those days, we armed the alarm from our cell phoneThis allowed us to clearly see when they returned the following daySome days they didn’t return at allOther days they came around 10am or later and often stayed for fewer than a 3-hoursWe have evidence to prove all of the facts we have statedWe have additional complaints as well, along with further evidence documenting those factsWe paid all but the final payment which was 10% of the billWe withheld that portion because MrH [redacted] and MrY***did not complete the project as describedSeveral things were not completed or are missing, such as not mounting the dishwasher to the cabinets and failing to install several pull out drawers for the cabinets and numerous soft-close brackets When we initially offered to pay a portion of the final payment since the work was not complete, MrH [redacted] and MrY***did responded with a demand letter from their attorney threatening to sue us in Virginia for the full final payment, which is when we decided it was in our best interest, along with the community at large, to share our experience publiclyThank you for handling this case – we really appreciate the work you do to keep businesses professional and to protect consumers from unscrupulous practices Regards, [redacted] ***

The kitchen Remodeling that was at MrY**'s Place did that longer than we expectedBut this wasn't intentional nor an accidentThe day after we had stated the project MrsY** left the country for a vacation and he wasn't there to oversee the projectEvery Little thing we do had to be pictured
and sent to him which is something that is not promised to him or was writtenWe did it as a courtesy which did slow down our progresses greatlyCouple days in to the job we discovered a problem with this kitchen design and the design had to be altered to fit in its current positionWe couldn't remove a small column because it has water, drain and electrical cables running thru itIt was also impossible to re-route the drainalso when we removed the soffit we also found a cast iron toilet drain which also caused problems with the design because we couldn't install the wall cabinets.While all this was happening MrY** was hard to reach and if he was reached he wouldn't like the alternative optionsMrY** claims that he knows when my guys come in and out of the house because he had security code that he made our crew enter when the leave the houseBut most of the time my guys wouldn't set the alarm when the leave and so when they come back in to the house the next day they wouldn't need to enter a code which makes MrY** think we didn't show up. I have text message proof of MrY** saying he likes all the work we have done and he said only molding piece was missingthe job was %Percent doneAnd the molding that was missing was because of all the adjustments we had to do to make his new layout work even with the column and the toilet drainIts not something we didn't order or forgot to orderIt was an additional piece of moldingSo MrY** created all this big drama so that he wouldn't pay his last checkOn top of this he had to go even lower and be disrespectful and leave really bad reviews about my company to 6-different site that I get my costumers fromWhich did effect my business in a bad way. I am glad this is over and DO NOT want my last checkI don't even want him to contact me nor come across meThis was a very bad experience and it is such a shame that one person wants to get things done for free and on top of that local small business owners like me have to suffer.ThanksShowroom Manager
