We received your letter dated November 16 on November 25. Prior to receiving your...
letter, we received a certified letter from the [redacted]'s attorney, [redacted] Once we received that letter, I called my attorney, [redacted] It took a few days to recover all the paperwork and get it to our attorney.
On December 10, 2014, the [redacted] home located at XXXXX Washington Street in Crown, Point, Indiana closed at Fidelity National Title. The contracted owners are [redacted] & [redacted]. The contract price was [redacted] with and overage bill of [redacted] which they approved along the way. The [redacted]'s have only paid us [redacted] leaving a shortage of [redacted] We have now decided to recover the money owed to Dabrowski Construction and pursue legal action.
On advice of counsel, I can no longer comment on this matter until we have reached a settlement. I hope you can understand our position.
