I sent a picture as proof of the damaged goods, however you will fine my concern was never acknowledged. In addition, the retailer still insists I ordered the incorrect items, which is also untrue. I understand the packing receipt indicates the items, were shipped, however you will find I communicated what is shown on the packing slip and the shipment I received are not the same. At first, I was willing to exchange the both the incorrect items and the damaged items, however the retailer was untruthful, extremely unhelpful and unreasonable. Because I needed the shipment for a work event, I placed an order with an alternate company. I am requesting a refund for the original cost of the items plus the shipping costs I incurred to return the damaged and incorrect items.

Review: On 3/22/16, I purchased products under order# [redacted]. On 3/24/2016 I received the order, however the shipment was not as expected. I ordered the SKU# RM-[redacted] as shown on the website, however I received SKU# BK-[redacted]. Also, some of the merchandise was damaged with a hole that ran through all of the vinyls in the entire package. I tried calling the customer service number provided on the website, however it is just a voicemail. I took pictures of the damaged item and contacted the company via email to advise I received the incorrect items and damaged items. They advised I ordered the incorrect item and because it was my error, I could exchange, but would have to pay shipping costs to exchange it. They never addressed the damaged items. The website states customers must call their customer service number to obtain a RMA (return number) to return a product. I left several messages to obtain a RMA number, however my calls were never returned. After several attempts to resolve the issue via phone and e-mail , I sent an email to advise I had placed the merchandise in the mail because it I received incorrect and damaged items and was unable to get ahold of their customer care unit. I received an emailed response that the items are not returnable. The items I purchased were not marked as “non-returnable” on the website. In addition, I received the incorrect and damaged merchandise. Again, they never addressed the damaged items. I confirmed under USPS Tracking number [redacted] the return shipment was delivered and received at the company on 3/31/2015 10:55am.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund in the amount of the purchase price of $337.47 plus $47.89 for the shipping cost I incurred to return the incorrect and damaged items for a total of $385.36. Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the owner of the company. While they do have a policy to follow if an item is damaged this customer did not follow that policy and sent items back to the business with no RMA. At this time the business is not able to locate them because if the manner the customer sent the items back to them. The business offered to replace and expiate the items ordered. It was only after that the customer mentioned anything about damage. At this time the business has exhausted the options they have to satisfied this customer and will stick to the return policy.

Review: I ordered 4 items from [redacted], owned by Modern Living, on July 7. 1 item was in stock, 3 were back ordered until the end of July. I was very quickly charged on my credit card for all 4 items. Mid July the 3 back order items moved to an expected ship date of November. I called and emailed a few times to have the item in stock shipped to me and the other items canceled. I finally received the one in stock item but no refund for the canceled items. Customer service would only email me about about shipping the in stock item and never got back to me about my refund. I called and only the owner can process my refund, supposedly, and he is out of the office. They owe me ~$300 and should never have charged me for back order items without an actual ship date. This has taken a lot of my time and energy to try to resolve and here we are, over a month later, with no resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like the full refund for the 3 items that are not in stock. This should be processed immediately. I also would like a phone call and apology from the owner who has been in charge of this refund and not taken my calls and emails.
