I want to state I have only received $refund as of todayI know it may take a few daysI disagree with their stating their terms and agreement was clearly stated at time of orderI went back to the e-mail survey and noticed the 1st screen has the terms and agreement are at the very bottom in small fine printInterestingly the part of the ordering process that directs you to click on accept is on another screen not showing the terms & agreements and doesn't allow to proceed without accepting.This company knows what their setting up their ordering process like this it is misleading and deceptive tricking people into contracts in which they find out after the trial period has ended and thier card is chargedI fear for the other victims of this cleaver ordering/ hidden membershipregistration trick

At that time, the customer accepted a 50% refund totaling $94.44. As a courtesy, we have refunded the remaining $94.46 which will reflect back to their account within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.
