I was chargeing $and $when the basement eas cleanedShe paid $that and so I thought she was giving a tip to the crewI never missed a cleaning in fact I texted on the day we were going to clean and the time and she said she didn't recieve the text and I had sent three ladies to clean and was turned away but I still had to pay them The day she complained she had said a couple of dusting things were missed and I asked if I could go over the next morning at 8:to see and she said she had an appointment at 8:30.I offered times to send them back and clean the house over and she refused her house is SF And when she wanted to pay $ for the cleaning I said we would go backWe never didnt show upShe,s talking about my employees going back she never would answer if we could go back and I couldnt waste our time to go back if she was going to send them away
