RE: Response to complaint ID [redacted] Thank you for alerting us to this complaint. We are a small family business that's successfully serving customers for over six years.I looked up the transaction for customer order [redacted] for "Capolinea" leather bag. This bag was out of stock unfortunately....

Our order department tried to locate directly from our supplier with no success. This is standard procedure for us and does delay the order a day or two. We did not respond to the customer's inquiries soon enough, regrettably. I am looking into improving this communication process.Customer was refunded in full of course, five days later (see attachement image). The refund sometimes does not update on customer's bank statement for up to two weeks, depending on the bank. We have apologized to customer and hope this issue is resolved satisfactorily.
