Review: I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with a lifetime power train warranty. I was obligated to get all oil changes & tire rotations every other oil change from this dealership. I have done this, the last oil change and tire rotation was done in December of 2013. I called in February of 2014 with 2 problems that had been confirmed by 2 separate mechanics. I brought the vehicle in as scheduled for an appointment only to be told there was a notation on my account, that there might not be a warranty on the vehicle. I asked what the date was & he was unable to provide. I called the warranty company while waiting for my vehicle, I was told that I did not have a power train warranty on the vehicle since August of 2011, that Mazda was using my 100,000 mile warranty for the work that had been claimed, he also proceeded to explain the last claim was at 108,000 miles , and had been denied with the explanation to Mazda that it was declined due to " not meeting maintenance requirements " I received the call from the dealership with the explanation that it was denied and I explained I had contacted the warranty company and that they had told me there was no warranty since August 2011. I was transferred to the service manager [redacted]. I explained to him the current situation and also a few others that I have had since purchasing the vehicle and explained I was extremely frustrated. He explained what he could do,then said he would have the owner call me after he returned from vacation, I waited a week with no call. I was only able to speak to [redacted] the owner never directly called me as I was promised. I was told that I did not keep up with vehicle and denied service. I explained that I wouldn't pay for the service if I knew there was no warranty that I could have had my husband do oil changes and that I had FREE lifetime tire rotations from a shop in town that I had purchased 2 sets of tires for this vehicle from.WHY WOULD I PAY IF I HAD THEM FOR FREE?! I was lied to for 2 yrs and 6 months.Desired Settlement: I would like all the money for services I should not have paid for due to the fact that I was never told the warranty was taken off vehicle in August of 2011 and was falsely led to believe that this car was covered, I kept going into December 2013 under the assumption I had a Lifetime Power Train Warranty, with the maintenance that was required. I would also like to speak to the owner to explain what his staff is doing.
