First of all, I want to mention that this establishment does not even deserve one star, but I was forced to give it one star so I could write this reviewFor those of you thinking about coming here, please DO NOTEvery single review on Yelp about the business is negative and absolutely correct about this placeThis place deserves to be shut down, no one should be treated the way I wasI purchased a Groupon Monday afternoon and called the phone number available and scheduled an appointment for the following day at 12:30pmThe day of my appointment, I put the address in the GPS and the GPS kept sending me in circles, saying I had arrived to my destinationSo I called the number listed for the salon and tried explaining to the woman on the phone that I was lost and couldn't locate the salonThe woman on the phone started screaming at me and told me, "I can't help you" and hung up the phone on meI called back again and no one picked up the phoneAfter spending an additional minutes driving around, I finally found the location and walked insideI immediately asked to speak to the owner/manager of the salonThere was only one woman in the front, with no other employee or client aroundThe woman in the front claimed she was the ownerI told her that I called earlier and that someone hung up on meShe started yelling at me and saying she was the one who was on the phone with me and claimed she didn't hang up on meThen, she proceeded to yell at me and said: "You think you are God just because you are a customer? You are not God and can't get away with everything as a customerI am a business owner, I do not have to bow down to youYou have to bow down to me for doing your treatmentI won't be making any money from your Groupon anyways...take your business somewhere else, I am not going to do your treatment for you." She started cursing at me and shouting the f-word and b-word, told me that I need to learn respect and told me to, "Get the f* out."
I have NEVER in my life dealt with a person of that demeanorI can't believe she is a business owner and that her salon is still openI have never been humiliated, yelled at, cursed at or belittled by someoneI was being attacked for no reasonPlease take your money and business elsewhereThis place deserves to be shut down
