I got one of the worst pedicures ever (8/21/15)I decided to give this place a shot because my mother-in-law was visiting, and we were already at the mallThey weren't very attentive when we walked in, but we finally got seatedThe paint job is fine; I didn't have an issue with thatThe issue I have is that the leg massage was lackluster and when she was using the pumice on my feet, she scrubbed so hard on my heel that it bledI didn't notice the bleeding until I got homeIt's so bad, even several days after the fact that I'm considering going to urgent care

I paid to get my nails done on monday 10/and they started falling off the next dayI went back to get them fixed and they were very rude and inappropriate

I got nail services done about two weeks ago and got a fresh full set of nailsThe following week every day there was a new nail to be repaired (which I paid $for each of the nails broken)This week I got a fill in on Monday and tester a nail broke and I got it fixed today ($4) and later today another breaksI call the salon and Annie tells me to come in after workI go there and she basically blames me for how poorly the nails stay on my ownNow I've been getting acrylic nail services done for years now and NEVER have I experienced them breaking off every other day, no matter the length or shape and my own nailsbhave been in worse condition than now I'd like to addTotal I've spent $dollars in the past three weeks for these services and I paid cash each timeAnnie was not understanding at all and would not fix them nor refund my money from this weekI'd like for ALL of my money to be returned in exchange for me never getting services from them againIf you can help

This is no way deals with my concern. You did not honor the coupon. IT WAS YOUR COUPON FROM YOUR WEBSITE. It did not say the word "PRINT" anywhere on it. I couldn't return because I live to far away. Per your procedure I did contact your facility within three days. They also fail to address the health concerns I have listed. This was bad business. The first person could have requested a picture of my nails be sent and you could have visibly seen them.

Review: I VISITED THE BUSINESS ON JUNE 19, 2014 FOR A PEDICURE. THE SAME DAY I NOTICED THAT THE NAILS HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY POLISHED. TWO NAILS HAD NOT BEEN POLISHED AND IT WAS A DEPLORABLE JOB. I CALLED THE NAIL SALON ON THE SAME DAY AND WAS TOLD TO COME IN WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT. I ENTERED THE SALON ON JUNE 24, 2014 AND ABOUT 10:40. THE NAIL TECH STATED THAT SHE DID NOT KNOW WHEN I CAME IN. I SHOWED HER MY RECEIPT AND SHE STARTED TO SCREAM AT ME. I TOOK A CARD AND LEFT THE PREMISES.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE SERVICES I PAID FOR TO BE RENDERED. I'M ONLY ASKING A RE-POLISH AND I WON'T EVER GO TO THE BUSINESS AGAIN.

Review: [redacted] was very careless & too fast & took off the top layer of skin on each eyelid during the waxing - as a result my lids puffed up with swelling, my lids also stung where skin taken off and now scabs have formed - as of this writing, Jan. 7, I have not heard from her and I have been her loyal client fro 30+ years.Desired Settlement: My money back
