It appears that the e-mails regarding this complaint were not received by the correct party possibly due to a change of e-mail address otherwise the complaint would have been responded to soonerThis party did sign an agreement in July for a recurring monthly service for a period of one yearWe explained that because of the nature of the location and the extent of the rodent activity that it would take a period of time to eradicate the problemOf the agreed to services we only provided servicesWe attempted to explain that the materials were working, the rodents were feeding in the bait and we were finding dead rodents during our inspection of the property but they were dissatisfied with the results and wanted to discontinue the serviceOur service agreement was for a set period of time and does contain an early termination fee if cancelled prior to fulfilling agreementWe initially did charge the early termination fee as is our practiceThe client further expressed their dissatisfaction with this and that fee was written off along with the fee for the last service that was rendered for a total of $ which was done on 12-31-
