I spent $56.13 online to purchase 3 tickets on 2/2020 ticket#*** shortly after they temporarily closed to COVID 19 On their website they still sold tickets for when it was safe to reopen as tickets never expire I received a email approximately 10 days ago stating they were never going to reopen the business and they were closed permanently I contacted them and the response from the owner was to check back in a couple of weeks when they will have access to appropriate systems AND they are taking donations at this time for their losses Meanwhile they are unloading the pinball machines for thousands of dollars I want my refund now If they can unload their pinball machines for a lot of money they can make me my refund To let me know they are accepting donations for their loss is ridiculous as I too have had losses My credit card which was used for the tickets does not understand my loss so kindly refund the money I paid thank you

We very recently closed permanently (last Friday) due To Covid after running a successful and beloved business. It has been a very difficult time to say the least. The customer requested a refund in the middle of us winding down our business. I asked the customer to get back to me at a later date because our transactional payment vendor temporarily suspended operations due to covid since they were working from home; we didn't have access to their systems to perform a refund. We are now able to issue refunds and have been doing so. The customer is in the queue to receive their refund today.
