Modern remodeling fixed my roof and gutters in the fall of 2015, when the rainy season starts in 2016, I found a section of the gutters was clogged, I called Nathan at the company, he showed up quickly and fixed the problem right away, I am very impressed by the excellent level of customer service and would like to thank him for his time and help

Modern Remodeling just completed a job for us which included putting on a new roof, siding and gutters. The cost was competitive and ended up being quite lower than some quotes we received. My sales person, Nathan Rowitz, was very knowledgeable and was our advocate when dealing with the insurance company. This company was atrocious and we did our research and thought that they were great due to all the good reviews and the way that the guy came out and talked us through everything and working with our insurance after a pipe busted and we had to have most of our home fixed. The list of items that Allstate paid them to do they did not even do but 60% of it the rest of the money they pocketed they didn't clean the floor they didn't replace all of the drywall that they were supposed to. They put in less quality insulation and a door that did not fit but got paid $2,000 for a custom door. Every single thing they touched in my house they did not do right they got paid $2,000 for a custom door they put a door that was off the floor from Lowes and framed it in its so tight that the door won't even open. The drywall they put up has big cracks and about 3 feet wide of putty that they never sanded down. They painted all over my new baseboards made a terrible mess why they were in my home and on the outside just dumping their paint all over my landscaping rocks and in my yard. I took lots of pictures of everything and showed the head guy and we still had to pay them in the end. OH!! let us not forget all the electrical outlets and switches half of them were cream and half of them white , some of them didn't even have covers around them. They never showed up when they were supposed to and they left us with over $4,000 we need to pay out of pocket to get everything that they did fixed.
