We have received the complaint filed on 05/06/2016 with the Revdex.com in connection to our store in Austin, TX, The Issues are being handled internally and we will try our best to prevent these Issues from happening again. In addition, we offered to give her $50.00 cash for any and all troubles she may have experienced.
