This job was done about 3 ½ years ago by us. On the contract it states that the customer needs to maintain the concrete yearly. They need to seal it after it is installed and continue to apply sealer every year. [redacted] never sealed the concrete and the area that is damaged was caused from them... using rock salt. In the contract that she signed, it states; do not use rock salt and it must be sealed yearly. She now expects us to come back and apply the sealer for free. We are sorry she is not happy, but we will not be returning to seal the concrete.

Was noy done years ago And we contacted them last year to fix it and he said he " resealed" it but the entire walkway and pool area was all chipped and cracked and we told them apecifically that we never ever used rock salt So that is a lie and the company knows it The contract does not say we are required to reseal year after year and as soon as the anow melted it was already ruined We never had a chance to reseal it aince it chipped in leas yhan Months The company does not stand behind its year warranty as all they did was apply a seal over chipped concrete
