Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention in behalf of Mrs [redacted] I have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and Mr***I feel very bad to hear comments like this in regards to something that I've worked so hard to build and do feel that we provide excellent customer service and deliver a product that with no question is not any less than a five star qualityFrom the District Attorney's Office to hotel Del Coronado down to beautiful homes in Rancho Santa Fe to basic rentals in the north park and downtown area I've worked hard and I have not ever left one customer unsatisfied First off the floating floor is not a sealed floor so there are gapsThe floating floor cannot get damage from the water but apparently water has seeped through the crevices and gotten underneath the floor and sat there and built a odor I immediately Had the bathroom floor opened up I followed up by sending a restoration professional to the property testing in assuring there is not any mold whatsoever in neither of the bathroomsToday March Friday I will be at the property to re-install the flooring using a shrinking an expandable silicone to seal any and all edges to avoid a future issue like this again At the end the problem is solved and beyond professionally.I do not want to go into details in regards to how I was spoken to or my portion of the emotional battle in regards to this matterI take this business very seriouslythe two members that built this company, my grandfather and father both passed this year literally just within Last couple months I do not argue with my customers nor do I allow anyone to sit in curse and speak abruptlyAll I request is communication and a simple form addressing the situation with no defense or your guard up so we can openly work with one another for a solution that satisfies our customers 100% Prior to this taking place they had a beautiful review from Mrs***I am sure the situation at hand affected the way this was being played outAt the end the solution was expeditedI would love to see a stop to the poor reviews and get back to my client relationship improvedI apologies with all my heart that Mr.and Mrs[redacted] had to go through this to begin withI'm here and always will be for the [redacted] family and all my new and existing customersI hope the [redacted] family excepts my apology
