Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Hello Nick, the information Modern Home furniture provided is not accurate I was in contact with their manager on a regular basis AND I actually visited the business itselfThe person, manager, I was in contact with no longer works for Modern Furniture She assured me that the items I originally purchased already were sold to someone else and I am a little befuddled that anything is actually being stored in their facility The one thing modern furniture got right is that I demanded back my money and it wasn't for the no call backIt was for several no call backs and no one letting me know that that employee, the manager, is no longer working for themUtterly, the worst business everAs Revdex.com has witnessed on its own, even with Revdex.com making inquiries to Modern Furniture about this matter, even then they are non responsive or slow to responseOnly after a threat of publishing Modern Home Furnitures non responsiveness on Revdex.com did they write this innacurate letterAnd by the way, after she originally took my money, did they write "all sales final." It was hand written after the saleSeveral times have I asked for a WRITTEN return or cancellation policy but they were never able to produce one Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I did not get an opportunity to review until today unfortunately I did receive my furniture but again business did not follow what had been arrangedI had to abstain from attending funeral which I had informed business about as they did not honor the delivery times that had indicatedthey have never replaced ghebroken headboard eitger Also , the business reply is disingenous: individuals were present at the second delivery eventhopefully they learn from this and can provide their customers more professional business practices in ghe future I thank you for your time attending to this matter sincerely [redacted]

back for store credit in the amount of the full purchase price. Mr. [redacted] found another sectional he liked and we ordered it for him. Furniture warranties do not include delivery fees. Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay for a curbside delivery, where we would deliver his new sectional and pick up the one he was returning, at the same time. Where the misunderstanding happened is that our curbside delivery is with only one person and we deliver the furniture to the front door or put it in the garage. Apparently the initial delivery he received was full service, and he was expecting the same full service from a curbside delivery. We were not able to complete delivery on our first attempt because Mr.[redacted]'s invoice stated "curbside delivery", so there was only one delivery person present. We rescheduled the delivery for June 24th, 2017. We delivered his new sectional and picked up the sectional he was returning on June 24th, 2017. Dear Mr. [redacted],Please understand we have made an attempt to assist you by making an exception and issuing you store credit in the full amount of your purchase, which you agreed to. You also have the option to pick up your items on or before 07/30/2017. (we have attached a photo of your items that are currently still stored in our warehouse) Also, if you are accusing us of us tampering your receipt after purchase, we are requesting the image or copy of your original receipt.  Thank you,Modern Home Furniture
