Review: We are a promotional products distributor and have used Moderne Glass several times for products for our clients. One of our clients ordered 144 personalized coffee mugs several months ago, which were supplied by Moderne Glass/Glass America, and were very happy with the results. However, when we re-ordered another 144 mugs, they came with a variety of defects and were generally of just poor quality. Our client was only able to use 18 of the 144 mugs. Moderne Glass has refused to consider that the quality was substandard, saying that "this is the way we received the product from China and that is just that way it is". They did offer a 10% discount, but refuse to offer any other consideration. I have offered to return all of the defective mugs for their review and they have refused. Their customer service has been very uncaring.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the 126 defective mugs
