We are willing to accept the return on all orders, but the merchandise needs to be packaged and boxed up in order for it to be picked up by [redacted] or any carrier. Unfortunately, for this transaction, the customer threw out all the packaging and is unwilling to box up the merchandise for return. We can not issue any refunds unless items are returned back to us.
