Modernist Lighting

Review: I originally placed my order on April [redacted]. I was told the light would ship 4/**. As of 5/** - I had not received the light, nor had I received any sort of communication from the company. I sent an email inquiry asking for the status of the order. The next morning (5/**) I had not heard anything so I tried calling the number posted on the website. For 5 hours, I tried to get through but was not able to connect with the company. I searched the website for another phone number and found the same number listed in two places. I later realized that this number was wrong. I emailed again through the customer service portal on the site. After 1pm, the number changed on the website and I finally got through to someone. However, I was told the people answering the phones could only take messages. They told me they would have someone call me back. I never got a call back. At the end of the day I called again. I explained my frustration and was told they could not help me and someone would call me back with the status of my order. I never got a call back again. I emailed the customer service email on the website again. I have attempted to contact this company all day and now they are closed. I still have not been told the status of my order.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to overnight me my light at their expense.
