Horrible experienceSalesman Brett [redacted] was given specific criteria regarding our flooring requirementsHe was on site with flooring samples, took measurements and used his "professional" opinion to recommended a product that would suit our flooring needsWhat we actually bought was an inferior laminate product that now must be replacedHe couldn't measure linear feet..cost us moneyHe couldn't measure square feet..cost us even more moneyHe sold us an expensive Core Tec laminate flooring product that fell apart in less than one yearCarpet Direct and Core Tec did not stand behind the product when it fell apartWith todays high strength flooring materials, it is unbelievable to me that expensive laminate flooring sold by Carpet Direct does not have the durability to roll a brand new office chair on it Solution, Lowes and Home Depot products are less expensive, more durable and they know how to operate a tape measure I will not use them again and would not refer a friend
Horrible experience. Salesman Brett [redacted] was given specific criteria regarding our flooring requirements. He was on site with flooring samples, took measurements and used his "professional" opinion to recommended a product that would suit our flooring needs. What we actually bought was an inferior laminate product that now must be replaced. He couldn't measure linear feet..cost us money. He couldn't measure square feet..cost us even more money. He sold us an expensive Core Tec laminate flooring product that fell apart in less than one year. Carpet Direct and Core Tec did not stand behind the product when it fell apart. With todays high strength flooring materials, it is unbelievable to me that expensive laminate flooring sold by Carpet Direct does not have the durability to roll a brand new office chair on it.
Solution, Lowes and Home Depot products are less expensive, more durable and they know how to operate a tape measure.
I will not use them again and would not refer a friend
