I am rejecting this response because:The The owner [redacted] knows for a fact he replaced my left clutch handle...this was the first thing he told me when I picked up my bike..now hes lying...he knows he replaced my handle ...I never asked him to replaced...but by him saying road test..this males me believe either he or one of his helpers did take my bike out on a road test...thars when this damage occurredThe man has plenty of money parts and very well could fix my bike...but for some reason he wants to lie n screw me in process..I will not stop till this crook is brought to justic n my bike repairedthank you

I am rejecting this response because:I took my motorcycle to this shop in October of My motorcycle is a fxr shoveled blue in colorI also took my sons motorcycle in for a brake job it is a sportsterThe damage was done to my fxr shovelhead

The repairs that needed to be done on the bike, had nothing to do with the insurance company, it was between Mr.***, and myself
I brought my bike to Mr***, we discussed what I wanted to be done to the bike, and Mr*** replied that he could do the custom work that I wanted done to my bike
The work he done on the bike was still not done, and it did not look like it was custom work
I am seeking a refund, so I may take my bike to another custom cycling shop, and get the customary repairs done the way that I want to complete my bike
Thank you
Mr*** ***

*** *** brought a couple different motorcycles into the shop, so to begin with I couldn't respond correctly to the letter I had received from the Revdex.com due to the fact I don't know what bike mr*** is
talking aboutStill I have no model of the bike or an estimated time frame in which it was here in order to look up his invoice to see what repairs were madeAs of the incident the Customer came and picked up his bike after the minor repairs we made to it and took it home, didn't say one thing about any damage to the bike or anything that we did to make it unsafe rideA couple months later he showed up at the shop saying we dropped his bike, and cause damagedDue to the fact nothing was said at the time the customer picked up his motorcycle and an estimated 2-months had went by there was nothing I could do to help him

Company states: The bike was totaled from insurance. It was in terrible condition. It says on the invoice springer front fork and I gave him a price. Replace the gas tank 1250 dollar labor. Then he got the springer for $799. All the parts needed to get it going. It wasn't as simple as ordering the spring. We had to assemble, install and work on the bike to get it back on the road. It wasn't as simple as take one one out and put one in. We did welding and that is what he paid for. He thinks he paid alot of money for that. I explained to him it looks like the bike has two necks and the bike has a VIN number and we had to cut around it and installed the new tube for installing the spring in the front end. The customer want's a custom bike at a price that is too low for a custom bike.

Company states that they do not know which bike the consumer is talking about. Please specify which bike you are talking about. Also, the company needs to know when was the bike in the shop?

he came back with the spring and said it wasn't what he wants. I showed you different kinds and that was the cheapest one you wanted. I told him show me what you want and I will take what you have off and put the new one on. I told him he would have to pay the difference. If I made the mistake of installing the spring I would take it off. I blended it in the best I could do it for him. He wanted a 10 thousand dollar job for 100 dollars. I did the main work and did it correctly.

Review: I had an accident on my 2002 Yamaha road star warrior motorcycle on April 9, 2014. The insurance company assessed the damages of the bike, the company found it to be a total loss. I decided to buy my Yamaha back from the insurance company.

I contacted Modesto Custom Cycling address – [redacted], to repair my bike. The Staff member [redacted], and I discussed the damages, as well as how I wanted to replace the front end, with a springer front end. He advised that he had to order the parts, and I asked him did he know how to rake the neck, and he replied yes. Then I told him I wanted my neck raked for the springer front end (neck). I selected the part that I wanted, and he replied that he would order the part.

He welded the part on the motorcycle. I went to go and look at the motorcycle, I was so disappointed at the job that he had done on my motorcycle. The welding was unprofessional, it did not look customized, and the springer for the front end was not the springer front end that I requested. He became argumentative, and I tried to reason with him to tell him that that was not the part that I requested. I left the shop, in hopes that he would make the necessary repairs.

I went back to the shop to pick up my gas tank, and the frame was still in the same condition. s

I was not satisfied with the customized work he did on the neck of my bike. I then called the Revdex.com for professional advice, and I was advised to pick my bike up.

Upon picking my bike up Mr. [redacted] still had not completely fixed my motorcycle, the light was not attached, the neck of the front end was not customized, and he charged me additional fees/taxes for parts that had already been purchased, and paid for.Desired Settlement: I am seeking damages to my bike, fees/taxes charged for parts, and pain and suffering. I do not want Mr. [redacted] to make the necessary repairs to my bike, I am seeking services from another vender to complete the repairs that Mr. [redacted] damaged.
