Review: I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in September 2015. The roses they delivered died within the first day of her receiving them. I made contact and per the telephone conversation a new flower arrangement was to be delivered. The shop contacted my girlfriend to set up a delivery time and day. No flowers were ever delivered. I made contact with them again trying to get this matter resolved. After several email attempts I asked my girlfriend to call for me as I am in Australia.

When my girlfriend was speaking to the owner he admitted that he forgot all about the redelivery and offered to resend something. Then went on to complain to her about being a small business and how it was costing him money to do so. He then put a female on the phone who argued with her about the entire order. At that point a refund request was made instead of delivery or replacement. The request was denied because it had been too long according to the girl on the phone. I ordered these flowers from the business website. There is no mention of any type of refund policy anywhere. It was explained to my girlfriend that refunds are only given within 24 hours. A refund was not expected until the poor attitude and arguing from the owner and his employee. My girlfriend then sent an email requesting that a comparable poinsettia or Christmas arrangement be delivered. This was two weeks ago and still no response or delivery. They offered to have her come in and pick something out but at this point she does not want to do that. She is willing to take delivery of a replacement or I want a refund as the customer service was very poor and she was basically "forgotten" as was admitted and was blamed for not following up on the matter.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the cost of the flowers and delivery as nothing was ever delivered to replace them as promised.
