Response:customer came into our business, she purchased accent chairs out of the multiple colors and designs that we have on our floorwe told her that we were going to be delivering it to her house about an hour after she made the purchaseour delivery driver mistakengly took another chair
to her house, when she opened her door, she automatically and excessively abusive to my driver who is hispanic, she was making racial slurs against himit was an honest mistake on our part grabbing the wrong color chairthe problem was going to be resolved in a matter of minutes because we were going to go back to the shop and grap the correct chairshe was making racial slurs to my employee and delivery driverwe have multiple text messages that I would be happy to share if this incident continues to proceedall in all it was an honest mistake that we were going to take care of instanty but due to her rude actions and racial slurs and profiling, we didnt want to deal with her

Business statement the following We did delivery table and six chairs, customer set up the six chair they were fine. She did call and say there was a starch on the table we told the customer we would be picking up the table which we did on 5/9/2017. We than took back to manufacture...
on 5/11/2017 after we dropped out the manufacture informed us we took the last table they had no more in stock she was informed the next day at 8:40 am that company did not have and eta when they would have the table back in stock on 5/17/2017 we notify her again the company still doesn't have table in stock at 1:41 pm same day told her they can not pull an eta but we'll call her once we're able to capture an eta also the customer responded by saying this doesn't work for her. Which we offered her a completely money back and pick up the table and chairs she never responded which we texted her at 2:01 pm we can get the table but in a different color if interest which she never responded again. the manufacture called #pm us to inform the table has been discontinued we called her at 3:26 pm we informed her after that we can given her a discount on the table since it was a little scratch she asked how discount much could we take off at 3:33 pm we said we going to the manufacture to see how much we could take off. The company wanted to see the damage she took a picture and sent to us at 8;10 am on 5/18/2017 . We called at ruffly at 8:12 am to advised $80 discount on the phone she than texted me if it was fine or not, she than texted at 8:16 am that the discount was okay and would they get the table back. I replied at 8:25 am Saturday customer replied okay at. We didn't hear from her until the day of deliverer Saturday along with the $80 dollar discount. And our driver delivery on Saturday offered to set customer refused due to being in a hurry. We thought the matter was done until we received the letter in the mail.
