Inc., I have been extremely busy in my work restoring running water to our customer's homes, orchards, farms, and livestock.I sincerely apologize for the delay in refunding the customer for the tank they purchased on July 13, 2015, and I also apologize for the impression the customer got that I was ignoring their calls, but at no time did I refuse to refund their money as Mrs*** statesI value all of my customers very highly and make every effort I can to treat them as such.I would like to add that my secretary does not have the authority to refund money without my authorization which she did not have until after the customer's 2nd visit to the office on September 8, When my secretary received my authorization later that day to refund the customer'd money, she called and spoke with Mrs*** and asked if they could come to our office to receive their refund the next day September 9, the customer came into the office on Wednesday, September 9, at which time the money they paid for the tank, fittings, and sales tax was refunded to them in full in the amount of $1, 120.49.I wish Mr& Mrs*** the best of luck with their future endeavors.Sincerely, *** ***

Review: Me and my husband [redacted] needed to get our well upgraded and went to Modesto pump service. [redacted] , owner of Modesto pump service convinced my husband that if we buy the water tank from him , he will install the tank and get the desired pressure that Merced fire dept is requiring from us . We purchased the tank on 7/30/15 for $956.30 with our debt card . After he charged the money he started ignoring our calls . My husband talk to his secretary [redacted] many times and left messages but he never responded. We personally went 3-4 times and requested to talk to him but he never called back . Then we asked to return our money back but he is refusing to do so .today we went again to have our money return but the secretary refused .Desired Settlement: If they can return our money back .
