I am rejecting this response because: The information provided is simply untrue No professional invrstigator, by the way, is going to say he hasca gun and will use it, as *** *** claimsI have the written email another of his customers sent me through my investigation website and days of her subsequent text messages showing *** defrauded her on a similar way they defrauded meHowever, to clarify what really occurred is that this woman took the information back to Mr***, telling him I was going to sue for damages and how I planned to do it, so rather than having two lawsuits against him for the same thing, he thought better of it and gave her money backThe friend at OMAG Mr*** refers to told me afterwards that he assumed (mistakenly) that my car was in the condition they showed to him when I brought it there but it was notThis same friend has advised me quite to the contrary of what Mr*** has represented in his letter to you but because he is a friend I do not wish to involve him furtherI absolutely stand by my original complaint in this matter*** *** is a compulsive liar and is misstating the truthfurther, why take a person's money and undertake a job you cannot do? At that point he is responsibleIt sounds like he is trying to blane the fact he could not repair my car on meHe could always have said, "I cannot fix your car" and returned the moneyKeep in mind he did not do that....and once he had my car he was responsibleYou may also want to consider that although *** put a day warranty on my car, he made no effort to take the car back, exercise the warranty and make things rightHe just stole my money and delivered my car back in a terrible condition I did not have when I took the car to himAs for inappropriate behavior, ***, who is supposed to be an owner of this business challenged me in writing to a fight over this matterHowever, these are all side issues I don't expect the Revdex.com to address....but he does and wants to use character attacks...immature ones...as a means to distract and coverup the main issue which is that he took my money on a promise to repair my carHad he not been able to he had the option to give the car back with the money I paid himHowever because of greed and dishonesty, he kept the money, performed inadequate work on my car, ruining the engine and causing it to blow upYet he kept my money anyway and delivered a car that he damaged because of his ineptness in trying to repair it....and then did not even offer to exercise the warranty he provided to take responsibility and fix the car properlyHe states that he offered to put in a rebuilt engine, correct? Obviously I refused for a reasonSo if *** diagnosed my car as needing another engine and I refused, why not give my car and the money I paid him back to me? In reality, it is as I said.....he tried to change the head gasket and readjust hydraulic valves manually that are self adjustingIn the process he tore my engine up and ONLY THEN offered to put in a rebuilt or used one....at a much more expensive price, of course.....and when I refused he kept my money and returned my car in a botrendous condition I never had experienced when I brought it to him to work on to begin with*** *** dba *** Customs are rxtremely dishonest people and umprofessional as well as incompetent As far as Yelp reviews, yes, I am writing of my complaint at every venue available to warn othersThe Yelp requests were removed by *** *** because he pays Yelp for his ad management and at his demands they took them offI even offered to settle this matter by letting *** keep $and splitting the difference by at least refunding me the other $and his greed and dishonesty would not even allow him to do that much.....and this entire matter was not even my faultThe only mistake I ever made in any of this was letting that little weasel and his company anywhere close to my car

[redacted] came in with his 2009 corolla because he was having issues with the car not running right. After...

further diagnostics we came to the conclusion that the headgasket was damaged. (Something another shop already suggested to him)The car had 285,000 miles and we offered to replace the whole motor because it has so many miles on it. He refused and said he just wants the headgasket replaced. The other mechanic quoted him $2,400 for the headgasket job, so we decided to help him out knowing he's a member of a church that is next to our shop. We quoted him $860 (more than half the amount is parts and machine shop labor.)So we got on the job and sent the head out to be pressure tested and resurfaced at a reputable machine shop "OMAG."[redacted] told us the owner is his friend and he wanted him to do the head machining. When we got the head back we assembled the motor back together and when we started it was making a ticking noise, which we thought was a lifter. So we called the owner of OMAG over to the shop and he inspected it and said that the bottom end is knocking and has nothing to do with the headgasket job.  While OMAG was here [redacted] came and we explained to him the situation. We offered to change the oil out for a thicker weight and add Lucas to it free of charge, because that's all we were able to do for the bottom end. [redacted] said that's fine and he wanted to take the car as is.The next day we delivered the car to his house, he signed the invoice and paid us the remaining balance and everything was all good. A couple days later he calls us saying his car broke down and demanded a refund. We went over everything with him again and explained the bottom end giving out has nothing to do with our headgasket job. He then started to threaten us saying "I am a P.I. and I carry a gun and I know judges" we have the texts saved. After the threats we stopped talking to him, he then started to spam our Facebook, yelp and anything else that had the shop name on it. He made several different accounts to try to sabotage our business. We contacted yelp and they deleted all the fake accounts he created.  So him saying all we did was put headgasket sealer in it is a lie and we have records for all the parts and the machine shop can vouch for us. He called us a couple days ago saying he is sorry for everything and that he is going to take down all the complaints, now he is starting the claim all over again. And about the other customer he is talking about as far as I know she is happy with her car back and we even gave her a payment plan through 4 months because she is [redacted]'s family friend.

The name of the business is "[redacted] Customs" we resolved the issue with the customer he might have deleted the complaint already but can you make sure the matter is settled thank you.
