Review: The product that I ordered was not what was sent to me. I ordered a Mens large "fractured NIN Logo T-Shirt" and received a womans shirt instead. There is a price difference between what I ordered and what I was sent, so I know that the shipped product is incorrect and does not match my order. I have sent an email a day to their customer service email about the problem and how to correct/exchange the item for the correct product but they have not responded at all.Desired Settlement: I expect Modlife to contact me and issue an apology, send me the actual product that I ordered and to return my shipping costs as a apology for the problem. This is a birthday present that is now late.

Review: This complaint also includes a Customer Service Issue; Customer service failed to provide assistance.

I pre-ordered a product via their website.

The release date of the product was the 20th of May, 2015.

Upon pre-ordering the product, I payed for next day shipping via UPS.

I received a confirmation on the 21st of May that my product has been shipped, they also linked me with a tracking number for my package.

I was expecting the package the next day, because of the services that selected and payed for.

I did not receive my package the next day (May 22nd 2015) I checked the tracking link provided, and it said the order was still being processed. I decided to let it slide, and was expecting the package later in the week.

After periodically checking the tracking link provided, and seeing no updates, I contacted UPS Customer Services the weekend of Saturday May the 25th & 26 verify if the tracking information just wasn't updating. That wasn't the case. UPS has still not received the package from Modlife Inc..

On the 27th of May, exactly a week after the release date of the product, (May 20, 2015) I sent an email to Modlife Inc. Customer Service (the email address was [redacted]@modlife.com) The website claims that the service is "24 hours a day", and that I should receive a response within 24 hours. I did not receive a response after 2 days of waiting.

I wouldn't have cared that I payed extra for a shipping service if I got the package sometime that week.

But the fact that I've tried to contact them, and received no response after a 2 day waiting period is very concerning.

I simply just wanted an explanation about where my package is.Desired Settlement: Firstly, I just want my order. I want the products that I payed for delivered my residence like they're supposed to be.

Secondly, I would like a valid explanation on why I have not received a response via their customer service, and what happened with my order, followed by a formal apology from the company.
