I have no idea who this company is, never heard of them until I received a fraud alert from my bank I have closed my account and have received other charges from businesses in this area Something is not right with this business.....Oh yeah, Merry Christmas

We agree with the customer that unfortunately it looks like our original dispatch of this order, UPS lost or misplaced the order and we've put a trace with UPS But, to immediately rectify this matter we shipped out a new order next day to the customer on Friday, 6/12/(boxes) with the following UPS tracking #'s: [redacted] These shipments were delivered this morning to the customer (see attached screenshots) Also, this morning, I'Ve advised our customer service to refund the original shipping charge paid by the customer 100% It can take 3-days for the refund to be reflected on the customers credit card/bank statement.We hope this resolves this matter, please feel free to contact me if you should need any further information or have questions.Thanks [redacted] Chief Financial Officer [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
