On Monday February 24, 2020, my wife & I purchased a brand new dining room table (to use in our kitchen) with a black glass top, 6 gray chairs & console. *** the owner was very nice and assured everything would be sealed and in original boxes during delivery. He gave us a great deal as well but was very pushy for us to pay with cash. Luckily I had no cash on me so we ended paying with the wife's credit card. *** said he would deliver the furniture pieces either tomorrow or Wednesday.
On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, my wife reached out to *** via text to confirm the date & time for delivery since we both full-time jobs to make sure we can accept our beautiful new furniture delivery. *** said that they treated the fabric on the chairs with Scotch guard & they are still a little wet & that we couldn't sit on them until the next day. I asked if these chairs were brand new & sealed, he texted back "YEP."
Roughly around 5:30 pm, the delivery driver in a small pickup truck pulls into my driveway. At first glance, I was worried because the open chairs (not boxed) were sitting on top of the boxes for the table & console. Once the truck was fully parked, I approached the pickup truck & all the chrome legs of the chairs were damaged. The driver said any damange don't worry I replace for you. I looked at the other five chairs & they all had damages. The driver didn't seemed bothered by the damaged items so I refused delivery for ALL the pieces. The driver laughed & left.
At 5:38pm I texted *** a picture of one of the damaged legs. He said " Whatever damage bring back for replacement right away." "I bring to you myself tomorrow." "I'll open the box in your house tomorrow so you can see it's brand new !" I asked for full refund because I stated "You lost my trust sir. We would like a refund. Please process refund."
He refuses to refund our money back on the credit card. I strongly suggest not to support this business because you will be throwing money away at used items

No further contact by the busi ***, I gave you a fair chance to refund my money back on to the credit card. I asked you numerous times very professionally to refund my money back. In my last text message, I stated "goodnight sir. Please stop texting me, I know what I have to do." The process has just begun for you.
