I would like to note that in the more than years of running this business, this is the first time I've received a complaint of this type to the Revdex.comWhile *** *** did in fact sign an agreement
stating that any walk-ups are subject to an additional fee of $per floor, we completely understand her concern and frustration as the situation was not handled appropriately by our staff on duty at that timePayment for a washould be processed through the showroom, not demanded for in cash by the delivery men on siteMoreover, based on the agreement that the client signed, the amount of $was not correct considering that she was on the 7th floor ($x = $245)As soon as the delivery had been completed and the crew had left, the client contacted our showroom right away to report what had happenedI (the owner) was made aware of this situation shortly after and reached out to the client by phone immediately to rectify the situ ationI apologized for the way that this situation was handled and explained that the delivery crew should have directed her to the showroom for additional paymentI promised to reimburse her for the $in the form of a check, which has already been sent to her home addressShe agreed, in turn, to remove the negative review she posted on *** regarding her experience; however, this review has yet to be removedFurthermore, I have instructed my delivery crew that they should never demand cash from clients for a walk up, and that it should always be processed through the showroom
