Look elsewhere!!
Spent a lot of time researching, decided to get info from modular homes affordably priced. Everything looked great until I spoke to a woman who had experience with them. After getting information from her and then reviewing my situation, I realized she saved me from a a big problem with additional costs and charges. That company is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Hello, I know this poster, M. Hoover...she has been posting negative reviews whenever she can. We never did business with her, only a preliminary attempt to design a home. She submitted designs that were impossible to build. I simply told her politely that we could not build what she wanted. Ms. Hoover simply like to complain.
