I am rejecting this response because:
The entire structure of the furniture started to disintegrate within the first yearThe furniture was well over $1000. It was not and is not fir for its intended use. It is garbage. All consumers should be made aware of this so they do not make the mistake of purchasing from this company. Further, their customer service is so poor that they continuously lie, give you the run around, and don't stand by their products. You would think that they would apologize and fix or replace or refund me for this furniture. I have some other outdoor furniture pieces that are over ten years old but are made by a reputable company that doesn't make crap

Unfortunately, [redacted] not only has gone out of business but (in doing further research) was never a customer/client of Modway. We cannot provide replacements for orders not in our system -or- not of our customers. Customer was explained this...
