My Son designed a controller that costs over $100 that he got for his birthday.. We placed this order on 8-11 with a 7-10 day lead time. They took his money from Pay pal the very next day. I followed up on the order several times with no real update..My son is very upset and I have expressed this to them several times.. They do not list contact info so I could not call anyone.. It is now over a month and I go online to check my order and its not even there now.. This is very poor service and they need to make this right.. I would suggest not purchasing anything from this website as they do not have good service and could care less about their customer.. At this point I have requested a full refund.. Please be ware of this situation and stay away.. I will be on face book next to tell the story there as well...
