Moede's Roofing & Insulation

Recently had a new roof installed on our home by Moede's. This is the second time in the past 30 years that we have hired them for our roofing needs. Definitely top notch products and workmanship here! Give them a call - they definitely follow through on what they say they are going to do!

Review: moede replaced the roof on my moms house cost over $ 11,000'00 and right after it was done the first time it rained water leaked in around the chimney she called him they came back and put caulk around the chimney. but that was not the problem area. every time we called for him to come back to find the problem we were on the list I have ben dealing with this for 2 1/2 years. now I her son has taken over this problem I finely got ahold of him and told him either he find the problem or I will see him in court with out him even looking at it he said over the phone it was a bad chimney that it needed to be rebuilt. I told him there was nothing wrong with it he came over and looked at it and said that it was a bad chimney I said again that it was not the chimney I said it was bad work that it was not done wright. him and I got into a big argument and I threw him off the property and told him I would see him in court. I ended up getting another roofer and he found the problem in just a couple minutes. flashing and w style valley was installed wrong when the other company opened it up they found all kinds of poor workmanship there was to have ice and water shield around the chimney they only did part of it. I have all kinds of pictures of the crappy work shingles installed wrong ice and water shield not all the way around the chimney and a few other supprises that we foundDesired Settlement: I want $3500. refund the break down is $2414 that I spent to have other roofer come in to fix his screw up and $1086 to fix the drywall that got wet that needs to be replaced and repainted and for the insulation that got wet and that dont include the water stains in the lannon stone fireplace. this is his last chance if I go to court I will be asking the judge for a lot more and I will put a judgement against his house and buisness
