I ordered a hoodie from this company's website. When I received the package in the mail it was a different hoodie in a different size than the one I ordered, but the packing slip had it labeled as the correct one. I contacted this company on Monday through email (as this is the only way to contact customer service), and have not received any contact back from the company trying to help fix my wrong product. I have emailed the company twice over the span of a week and still have not gotten any response as to how I can receive the correct hoodie that I ordered.

Exchange I would merely like to receive the product that I ordered. I am willing to send the incorrect product back to the company. If they are unwilling to do this, I would like my money back.
