My Moen faucet came with the condo I purchased more than 12 years ago. I've reached out to Moen a couple of times regarding part replacement and have never had an issue. Most recently contacted them regarding my leaky handle for my kitchen faucet and not a week later I have a brand new handle. If I decide to upgrade, I will definitely get a Moen. I would also recommend them to my family and friends. It's hard to find a company who really stands behind their product and value customer service like Moen. Thank you.
