Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Moen offered a discount on a replacement sink however there recommended replacement does not have the same dimensions and the granite countertops would have to be modified and/or replacedThis is not a viable option and was only offered to dismiss meA far as being the second owner ,the sink is still within the warranty period and just tells me Moen does not stand behind their products.In addition Moen no longer manufactures the MoenStone products which tells me they had known problems and discontinued this product line leaving customers like me with no options and thousands of dollars in needed repairs Regards, [redacted] ***

Our records indicate we contacted the customer on 10/13/and have resolved her concern

Our product warranty would cover a like for like replacement should the faucet not be repairableWe still produce the same model faucet and models comparable to what the consumer has however since the consumer has requested to be upgraded to a different style of faucet we would offer the rebate since upgrading is not an aspect of our warranty

Our records indicate we have not received the customers email with the requested informationThe phone number we have contacted the customer on is the only number we have been givenWe have attempted to contact the customer today 11/7/at 1:45pm but was unable to reach himA voice message was left and an email was also sent requesting the pictures of the shower system for us to proceed with warranty assistance

I have attempted to contact the customer on 7/24/and today 7/26/by phone but was unable to reach the customerA voice message was left on both callsI have also emailed the customer with my direct ext for her to call to discuss her concern

I spoke to [redacted] this morningAfter reviewing the customer's prior contacts, he actually sent a letter in November of that stated his product was leaking but there was no phone#, receipt or pictures We mailed him a letter, and he responded on December 11, with an email but no explanation as to the issue(again, no phone # was provided) An email was sent to ask him to clarify the issue We have not received a response to that email The complaint that is currently pending includes a different model number than the picture that was provided months ago I attempted to call him today at 11:30am est and was able to leave a voice mail message for him to call me directly An email was also sent asking him to please clarify which product he is contacting us aboutWe are willing to help him, but we need more information in order to do so

Our records indicate we received email on 2/15/which we called the customer and was unable to reach himThe 2nd email we received was on 2/20/regarding this complaintWe have attempted to contact the customer today 2/21/by phone but was unable to reach himWe have left him a voicemail
with a direct extension for him to call

On 12/13/we spoke to *** *** and determined that his kitchen faucet is not a Moen fixtureWe provided him the contact information for his faucet manufacturer for additional assistance

Ms.*** contacted us regarding purchasing parts for her non-warranty faucets(she called and stated she was not the original owner). The Limited Lifetime Warranty only applies to the original product purchaser. She freely provided her credit card number and the parts were
ordered. She called back later to cancel the order. Our ordering system operates on a live platform. Unfortunately, cancellation requests may not be able to be processed. Ms***'s was not but we offered to email her a prepaid *** label to retrieve the parts. Once we receive the merchandise back at our warehouse, we will credit her card in fullThis was explained to her over the phoneMs*** is not the original of the property and therefore, we will not be able to extend a warranty to the products that were purchased by a previous owner. We would be happy to offer a 10% rebate if she is interested in purchasing brand new faucets at the store of her choice. This offer was also made to her.
