Mrs. [redacted] came to our dealership on August of 2015 to purchase a car and she only had $500 down payment. She wasn't qualified for financing due to bad credit and time at her job. She needed a car and we did her a favor and...

gave her a loaner car, (nobody would have done this for her) till in she brings more money for her down payment to purchase the car she wanted, (2003 Ford Mustang).
While she had the loaner car because she didn't have a valid Driver's License the car got impounded. We had to pay $200 to put her name on the title and $527.00 for impound fee to get the vehicle out of impound.
On October 2015 we gave her the 2003 Ford mustang. Later she complained about her muffler we asked her to bring it in to check out. Our mechanic said she ran over rock or the speed bump and damaged the muffler; we went ahead and fixed it for her at No Charge. Later she complained about the check engine, which is related to the muffler, and when we check out the car we noticed that the Oxygen Sensor is bent, Somehow she damaged the car by running over a rock or speed bump. We again repaired her car took take care of this issue at NO Charge.
As of now she hasn't paid the impound fee that we paid to get her car out and she is also behind on her payment.
I hope this explains the situation and we worked with as much as possible but she is not keeping her end of the contract by making her regular payments.

The check engine light went on soon after I left the lot with second car. I submitted the quote from repair shop. Car was not nor could it pass [redacted] He said he had it repaired yet this estimate was after supposed repairs. The first car he loaned me I was pulled over for no tags no light. I wouldn't have gotten pulled over if these were things were right. You legally cannot sell a car with no current smog . Also mechanic [redacted] is not lic.nor certified. I'm currently 2 weeks behind on car payment cause I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Cars have to be smoged in order to register them, if we didn't have the smog we couldn't register her car. We also explained why the check engine came on in our last response.
if the police pull you over for any reason if you have a driver's license police will give you a fixing ticket they won't impound your car. The reason they impound her car is because she didn't have a driver's license.
Also, [redacted] fixed your car for free, what do you expect for free service.

Mrs. [redacted] Purchased a Chrysler Sebring from us and she took the Vehicle the same day. We financed her with Pan American Bank, with her brother as co-signer. She had hard time convincing him to co-sign for her after few days they agree to...

come and sign the loan documents. We registered the car to her name and paid $282.00 for her registration
For the time that she had the car, she was very ruff with the vehicle, and complained about her car. gut we told her that we will check it out. Next day she called and said she doesn't want the car and want her money back. We told her we will give her a portion of her down payment back, because we did her registration, her loan is completed and also she refuse to buy the contact cancellation which it would give her 48 hours to bring the car back, she had the car for weeks and used it. She didn't agree with us and said she will go to her attorney. We called her one more time for her to come and pick up her down payment that we agree to give her but again she said she take it with her mother's attorney. After that we never heard back from her.
