quarterly. The first two quarters of the year we decided to keep the coupon as we first made it where you could get one entrée half price with the purchase of a second entrée without a drink. We then decided to change the coupon to include the purchase of a drink to receive the half priced discount on the second entrée. It was at this point where we started to inform customers that the previous coupon was no longer valid and posted it throughout the restaurant as the customer stated in the complaint. We wanted to keep the customers happy so we told them we would still accept the previous coupon if they were to purchase a drink like the new version had said. I have included the proofs for the two coupons that we have run already along with the proof for the coupon that is being run in the final quarter of the year. I am rejecting this response because:
The coupon did not have an expiration date so they should have honored the coupons.  It is deceiving the customer.  If something is printed, it should be honored.  When it comes down to it, you save the 2 on the soda now but will lose hundreds on future sales when the customer no longer brings their family there.  Multiply that out by how many customers you are upsetting.  Food for thought.  And you won't get them back.  Look up how many Mexican restaurants like yours are within a 10 mile radius.
