I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This business is lying about the conversation that's was told to me about my car's catalytic converter. When I picked up my car on that day I was told that someone had broken into my car but the owner's son proceeded to tell me that the problem was fixed he did not tell me what the fix was consisted of he didn't tell me that the Cadillac converter was never replaced all he told me was that it was fixed and that it was taken care of and they also told me that the police were called and that a report was made (which I found out that a report was never made according to the East Cleveland police). The owner or his empolyees should have told me that the Cadillac converter was not fixed and could have at least told me that they temporarily silenced it to make it quiet. Thier actions were totally unprofessional. A car is so called vandalized and you don't take the time out to file a police report and you don't call the owner when you found out it happened that morning you actually tell the owner when she picks up her car that sounds very suspicious to me and my thoughts are that this repair shop did this to me and took my catalytic converter off my car and so called temporarily silenced it to try to quiet my curiosity. Nothing else was touched on my car. True  charity work could have at least been filing a police report and having them look at your security cameras (which they do have by the way). Which I have also filed a report with the police about!
