Tenant signed this leaseTenant was advised that parking on the street is fineTenant also complains of a car in the parking lot of the apartment complex that Landlord requested be removed a couple of weeks agoLandlord has been addressing this matter, contrary to Tenant's allegationsSince the car owner did not voluntarily remove the car within a reasonable period of time as Landlord requested, Landlord is working with the local sheriff's office to get it removed with a tow truckSince the inoperable car is on Landlord's private property, the local sheriff's department indicated that Landlord is following the correct procedureAll of Tenant's complaints were addressed
