The website advertises that they will submit the application for a medical marijanna card in missouri. They charged me $300 to do this. The website states that it takes 2-3 business days to submit the application to the state and then it will take the state 7-10 business to process. I paid for this on Jan 17, 2020. Today is Feb. 21, 2020. I have tried contacting the company via telephone and e-mail with no response. I've left voicemail messages requesting a refund and still no response.
contacted us to get a medical marijuana card. We did receive the evaluation from the doctor and *** did as well. He did pay us to file with the state of Missouri. He wanted to grow his own medical marijuana plants so they requires a cultivation license additional to the patient card as well, which he paid us for. The patient has a responsibility to provide us with the correct information to apply with Department of Senior Services (DHSS). They required personal documents to apply to DHSS and for a cultivation license they have to send over the front of your government ID, picture of your face for DHSS (like passport type of picture just not as strick) and a description of your cultivation areas (size, tell us it's enclosed, with a lock on the door and the patient is the only one with access to it). *** didn't provide us with all this stuff and call us cussing because we asking him for more information. We do not do business or let me employees take on verbal abuse at any point. As you will see below we refunded him on February 21st his total $299.99 payment and let him keep the doctor evaluation so he can still apply to the state and get his card and cultivation license (so he got it all for free). We can't file with the state with out this information from the patient. We do apologize if they're was a miss understand on our part on what was required. This complaint should be marked invalid since we choice to quit doing business with *** because of his verbal abuse. We will call the cops next time he talks to one my female employees like that again. We gave him a full refund before the compliant and he still gets to file for his card for free. We still paid for him to get his evaluation done for free. So he got a full refund and a free card.

I am rejecting this response because:I never received the evaluation nor did he refund my money before I filed the complaint. Everything *** stated is false. I never called and cussed anyone out over the company asking for further information. This never happened. As a matter of fact *** began yelling and cussing at me over the phone. *** did eventually refund my money after the complaint was filed, but he did not provide a single service. I did not receive a FREE card or any other service that *** states he provided.!
