Review: This man advertised he had a program for sale and he was also going to do a tutorial for 30mins on how to use the program , before I was able to get the payment accros he was on the phone all the time to get the money, texting back and forth, but the moment he got the money he refrained from contacting me. the software was no software but a bunch of files that I couldn't open and run. I have tried contacting this person ([redacted]) or whatever his name is but he won't resopond to neither emails or text messages.Desired Settlement: I'd like him to keep his end of the contract, he said he will send me a program and he will do a tutorial on the program, he sent a link to a bunch of files, what will I do with them if I don't understand them.
